Hitchcock: Film Review

Hitchcock Plays Hopkins Perfectly
Just Seen an advanced screening of the film ’Hitchcock’ in which Alfred Hitchcock portrays the famous actor Anthony Hopkins.

The film focuses on Hopkins’ role he played, so superbly, as Hannibal Lector in the film ’The Psycho of the Lambs’

Hitchcock plays Anthony Hopkins almost perfectly and there were times when I was convinced that I was actually looking at Anthony Hopkins doing a ridiculous impersonation of Alfred Hitchcock but no!

Anthony Perkins portrays Helen Mirren perfectly in the supporting role of Anthony Hopkins’ wife, Trixabel.

And there was lots of suspense too! Marvellous stuff don cha know! One never knew for how long Hitchcock's trousers where going to stay up! They were about to drop right throughout the film keeping one on the edge of one's seat for the whole show.

This film is a technical marvel, with lots of good things in it such as a plot, which seems to be so vacant from many of today's cinematic efforts. One feels one could shit better plots than what masquerades as cinema these days but one digresses.

This one is a real winner and I recommend that everybody download it immediately from pirate bay.

  1. Superb review Percy!I recently saw an advert for the film on the side of a double decker bus, and couidn't help noticing that, not only does Mr Hitchcock do an excellent impression of Mr Hopkins, but also an even better one of our good friend Mussolini.

  2. Considering Hitchcock resembled the back of a bus one imagines that it was an appropriate place to put the advertisment.
